• The ZOLL AED 3® defibrillator is a defibrillator suitable for the general public : it has optimized assistance technology allowing its use by novice first aiders.

• Easy to use, the ZOLL defibrillator is equipped with a Real CPR Help® system , which is reflected in the presence of various features:

• - The illustrations on the screen and the audio prompts clearly indicate the procedure to follow and whether the rescuer is performing good compressions;

• - A bar gauge indicates the depth of compressions in real time;

• - A counter indicates the countdown of the duration of the current CPR cycle .

• The fully automatic AED 3® defibrillator delivers shocks automatically after a 3-second countdown without pressing the shock button (8 seconds after CPR is stopped, the 5 seconds are added due to the audible warning to move away from the patient).

• The AED 3® defibrillator also features high technology : high-resolution touchscreen, Wi-Fi connection, event data export and software import via USB, storage of 2 rescue events.

• The Wi-Fi connection enables the PlusTrac™ system to monitor the AED's operating status . In the event of a malfunction or a failed self-test, the program immediately indicates this.

• For pediatric use , simply press the "child mode" button without needing to change the electrodes.
